We have improved both our facilities and our processes for fulfillment.  We have a 12,500 square foot facility dedicated to order processing and administrative offices for support and technology services. We have access to an additional 100,000 square feet of bulk storage warehousing.

Our facility has a sophisticated NEC Telephone Switch with dedicated lines and voicemail for our client’s businesses enabling us to provide personalized private label customer service and tech support.  The facility is cabled for network and Internet services enabling us to connect in real time to all major parcel and freight carriers for rates and on-site postage printing.  The facility has loading docks and bay doors for both common freight carriers and parcel carriers.

We can provide 24 hour shipping for all orders placed during the week*.  Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday will ship on Monday.  (*Based on inventory availability in the warehouse)
